Jeleel Adekunle Adebisi is a Reader in the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering (MME), Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FET), University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His research interests focus on the development of new materials, materials characterization, modeling and simulation of metallurgical and materials processes, casting, and welding. He is presently associated with the Material Development and Performance Laboratory (MDPL). He has served at various levels in the University. He is currently the Information Technology officer, level adviser, and postgraduate coordinator in MME. He had served in the department as an examination officer. At the faculty level, he is the present SWEP coordinator and a sectional editor of the Nigerian Journal of Technological Development (NJTD), a Scopus-indexed FET journal. He was a supervisor of Community Based Engineering Experience (COBES) for final-year students. Dr. Adebisi is a registered engineer and a member of several professional organizations.
