Biography

Talabi Segun Isaac is a senior lecturer at the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He has more than forth publications to his credit in peer-reviewed international journal outlets, including a book chapter. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Applied Ceramic Technology, Wiley, a member of some national and international professional organizations and a registered Engineer. He is a recipient of TWAS-CNPQ postgraduate award (2015), Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) award – Nigeria (2013), Teaching Assistantship Award, School of Post Graduate Studies, University of Lagos, Nigeria (2011) and Deans’ List Awards of Distinction, Federal University of Technology, Akure – Nigeria (2008). He has supervised and co-supervised undergraduate and postgraduate students. His research interest is in the area of Materials Development and Characterization. Presently, he is interested in biobased polymer matrix composites development but welcome new opportunities and challenges.
