You are welcome to the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. You are in no doubt, on the right path to gain insight into the world of materials being the bedrock of all fields of Engineering. Materials and Metallurgical Engineering began at the University of Ilorin in 2010 and has since graduated hundreds of outstanding engineers. The Department benefited from high calibre and experienced academic and technical staff who took passion in discharging their core duty of imparting knowledge to our young and aspiring students. The staff of the Department are well trained and up-to-date in knowledge of teaching, research, and conducting laboratory experiments.
